Build your prompt library
Three templates from your own work, ready to share with your team.
Your task
Choose three tasks your team repeats at least weekly. For each, write a template with four parts: when to use it, the prompt with role, task, context placeholders and format, one example of a good result, and a checklist of what to verify. Test each template on two real cases and refine it, then give one to a colleague to try without your help. Save the final versions where your team already keeps shared documents.
Guidance
This exercise turns the course into something your team can use tomorrow. You will pick three recurring tasks, write a template for each and test it until it works reliably.
Reliable means it works for someone other than you. The best test is to hand a template to a colleague and see whether they get a good result without asking you anything.
Your notes
Key takeaways
- Templates for recurring tasks deliver value immediately.
- A template is ready when a colleague succeeds with it alone.
- Keep the library where the team already works.
