Your personal AI plan
Three tasks, one rule and one weekly check for the next month.
Your task
Write your plan in five lines. Lines 1 to 3: three recurring tasks you will do with AI for the next four weeks, each with an estimate of the minutes it takes today. Line 4: one rule you will always follow, for example never pasting client data into unapproved tools. Line 5: a weekly check, such as ten minutes every Friday to note time saved and one prompt worth keeping. Share the plan with your manager or a colleague.
Guidance
A one-off experiment fades quickly. What builds lasting skill is a small, specific plan: a few tasks you will do with AI every week, a clear rule about what you never do with it, and a way to notice whether it is working.
Keep the plan short enough to remember without looking it up. If it takes more than a page, it will not survive a busy week.
Your notes
Key takeaways
- Lasting skill comes from a small plan repeated weekly.
- One clear rule prevents most risky habits.
- A short weekly review shows whether AI is actually saving time.
